Tailor FitThe service
Tailor Fit ("the app") is provided by Folner ("we", "us") through the Wix App Market. It lets you create size charts and measurement guides, attach them to Wix Stores products and categories, show them on your storefront, offer shoppers a Find My Size suggestion, and review anonymous size insights. Your use of Wix itself is governed by the Wix Terms of Use.
Plans and billing
- Tailor Fit offers a free Basic plan and paid plans with more features and higher limits. Current features and prices are shown on the app's listing and in the app's Plans page.
- Paid plans are sold, billed and renewed by Wix. Cancellations, trials and refunds follow Wix's App Market billing terms, and are managed from your Wix account.
- If a paid plan ends, your charts and assignments are kept. Features and limits return to the Basic plan, and nothing you created is deleted.
- We may change features or prices for future billing periods. We will give notice in the app before a price change affects you.
Your content
You own the charts, guides, images and text you add. You give us permission to store and display them only to run the app for your site. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or import. How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, to interfere with the app or with other sites, to reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or to get around plan limits.
Size advice
Size charts and Find My Size suggestions are based on the measurements you enter and the measurements shoppers provide. They are a guide, not a guarantee of fit. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your charts and for your store's return and exchange policy.
Availability
We work to keep Tailor Fit fast and available, and the storefront widget is designed to fail quietly so it never blocks your product page. The app depends on the Wix platform, and we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may update the app to improve it or to keep it compatible with Wix.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for Tailor Fit in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Wix site. When you do, the app removes the data it created in your site, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached, and will tell you why when we can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Please email us first; most questions can be settled quickly. If we update these terms, we will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
