Tailor FitGet started in three steps
1. Create a chart
Start from one of the ready made templates, build one from scratch, or import a CSV or Excel file.
2. Attach it
Search products by name, like "Black Dress", or pick a whole category. New products in that category are covered automatically.
3. Show it
The size guide appears on your product pages. Add the Size Chart element in the Editor to choose exactly where.
Common questions
The size guide is not showing on my product page
Check that the chart is published (not a draft) and attached to the product or its category. In the Assignments page, "Products without a size chart" lists anything still uncovered. If you placed the Size Chart element in the Editor, publish your site after adding it.
A product is in two categories with different charts
A chart attached directly to a product always wins. Between categories, Tailor Fit shows which chart applies and lets you choose, so each shopper sees one clear chart.
How does Find My Size work?
Shoppers enter a few measurements and Tailor Fit compares them with your chart in their browser, then suggests a size and explains how close the match is. Measurements are never sent or saved.
Can I match the widget to my store's look?
Yes. In Settings, choose the button or inline chart, colours, corners, font and a light, dark or automatic theme. The live preview shows the result before you save.
Can I undo a change?
Recent assignment changes can be undone from Recent activity. Deleted charts cannot be restored, so Tailor Fit always asks before deleting.
Which languages does the storefront support?
The shopper facing size guide follows your site's language in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Hindi, and lays out correctly on right to left sites. Other languages show in English.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Tailor Fit removes everything it created in your site. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Plans and billing
Basic is free. Advance adds more charts, category rules, import, custom guides and brand styling. Pro adds unlimited charts, Find My Size, custom templates and Size insights. Plans are billed by Wix: upgrade from the app's Plans page, and manage or cancel from your Wix account under Billing and Payments. For refunds, contact Wix support or email us and we will help.
